About JOAN STEYAERT

Joan Steyaert, Artist, a native Washingtonian graduated from the University of Illinois with a Masters Degree in Design and from the University of Pennsylvania with a Ph.D. in Economics and Planning.

She paints bold and spontaneous landscapes and wildlife pictures that have been juried into National Exhibitions. In 2008, she was a featured plein air artist in the Arizona Daily Star and in 2009, she displayed her pictures at the juried Waterfowl Festival in Easton, Maryland and the Watercolor West Exhibition at the Riverside Art Museum in Riverside California.
